Case 1

The Need: A Mid-west automative part manufacturer has been losing money on 4 parts for years. Samples and specs were provided for quotes and PPAP.

Solutions: After extensive research and preparation, we put together a team that was comprised of managerial and technical talents. In less than two months, prototypes were made and submitted. A number of tests were conducted and modifications were made to meet the specs.

Results: In less than one year, more than 40 containers have been shipped and delivered. Our customer realized significant profit.

PS: We recently established an R & D Department to conduct engineering works to further improve the product quality, reducing the automative makers engineering cost.

Case 2

The Need: A sporting goods company in New England needs to add Putang Balls to its existing product lines to compete in the marketplace.

Solutions: We use our own joint venture factories in Baodin, China to develop and customize the product to fit the requirements. In less than 60 days, samples were shipped for approval. Fifteen days after the Purchase Order was received and confirmed, goods were made and loaded into one of our containers for the U.S. Such a consolidation saved our customer's freight and time. Our professional operations team handles the shipment in the most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery at the lowest costs.

Results: Our customer is satisfied with product quality, pricing and timely delivery.

Case 3

The Need: A National retail giant needs six containers of leather for the season sales. Only 60 days were given to fulfill the order. Normally, it takes up to 180 days to complete an order of this nature.

Solutions: In less than six days, all hide and accessories were secured via our sourcing channels. Three leather factories that have long business relationships with us went into full production immediately. Our account manager was at the factories for quality control and problem solving. Our experience working with the right factories from the get-go, the proceedures in quality control, our industry knowledge and experience in operations enable us to pull off this project expediently.

Results: Just in time delivery of these leather apparels enable our customer to execute their sales program. The sales were a tremendous success for the season. And the chain store is repeating the program.
